Dr. E is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Psychology Professor. She brings expertise in mental health, including emotional regulation and communication, and she guide guests in self-care planning, burnout recovery, and emotional release through meaningful conversations and practical techniques.
Together, we create intentional spaces where people can slow down, feel supported, and experience real restoration—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
